About Us

David Townsend and his wife Kathy reside in the Seattle area of Washington State in a suburb called Federal Way. They have 4 grown children along with three granddaughters and one grandson. David has been in the insurance business for over 32 years specializing in safe money retirement options and no risk solutions. Over the years David has helped hundreds of clients across the country protect, preserve and to grow their retirement assets and not one of those clients have ever lost a penny from market downturns. 

David is also co-owner of www.annuity.com, a national marketing organization who assist agents across the country with their marketing and sales efforts with the same Safe Money concepts that continue to work for him today.
